The Lahaina Food & Wine Festival Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Lahaina Food & Wine Festival (“Sponsor”).

Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on Friday, February 7 and ends on Saturday, February 14 at 11:59 PM HST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter
To enter the Promotion via Instagram during the Promotion Period:

Follow @hawaiianair, @lahainafoodandwinefestival, and @mauiresortrentals on Instagram. Tag one (1) friend in the comments of the official giveaway post.

Each comment tagging a friend counts as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per comment. Use of bots, automated entries, or inaccurate tagging is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, Hawaiian Airlines, Maui Resort Rentals, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to enter or win.

Prize Description
One (1) random winner will receive the following prize package:

• Roundtrip airfare for two (2) on Hawaiian Airlines from the U.S. continent or Hawaiʻi, subject to airline availability and applicable terms and conditions.

• A three (3) night stay at Honua Kai Resort & Spa from February 19–22, 2026 only, courtesy of Maui Resort Rentals.

• Two (2) tickets to the Lahaina Food & Wine Festival Grand Taste event on Saturday, February 21, 2026.

The accommodation portion of the prize is valid only for the dates listed above and may not be extended, substituted, or rescheduled. No cash substitution or prize transfer permitted.

Travel is subject to airline availability and additional terms imposed by the airline.

Winner is responsible for any expenses not expressly included, including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, gratuities, taxes and incidentals.

The prize will still include:

• A three (3) night stay at Honua Kai Resort & Spa, February 19–22, 2026, courtesy of Maui Resort Rentals

• Two (2) tickets to the Lahaina Food & Wine Festival Grand Taste event

• A roundtrip flight for two (2) passengers provided by Hawaiian Airlines must originate from and return to Kahului Airport (OGG) and may be used for interisland travel or travel to the U.S. continent, limited to destinations served by Hawaiian Airlines. All flights are subject to airline availability and applicable airline terms and conditions.

Flights must be booked by February 22, 2026, or the flight portion of the prize may be forfeited.

Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced on Sunday, February 15 via the Lahaina Food & Wine Festival Instagram account.

The winner must respond within a reasonable timeframe to claim the prize. Failure to respond or comply with these terms may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Publicity Release
By entering, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and Instagram handle for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Hawaiian Airlines, Maui Resort Rentals, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
